What I'm Loving Wednesday!

I'm loving my Spring Break week.... spending time with family and friends. Plus, doing a little spring cleaning!

I'm loving the fact that we only have two more months till SUMMER, whoo-hoo!

I'm loving that I can stay in my shorts and t-shirt all day today, without putting on any make-up!

It's finally here!!!!!!!!

SPRING BREAK is finally here!!!!!!

I have bene MIA for like nearly a month now, where have I been you may ask? Wrapped up in school, students, cheerleading try-outs, line dancing, and maintaining my wifely duties. Busy much, YES!

Cheerleading tryouts, thank goodness, are finally OVER! After a mistake I now, thankfully, have 16 beautiful cheerleaders. We had our first meeting last week and I am thankful for this squad, already. I believe we will have great potential this year. We have decided, already, about cheerleading camp this year. We will be going to PCB cheer camp, again, this year! Whoop-whoop!!!! June 11-14, please come, watch, and support CCHS cheerleaders if your vacationing during that time.

Okkkk moving on.....

I am now an official line-dancer instructor at Gadsden State Community College. This was mentioned to me in December, and I took it and ran with it. I had my first class last Thursday afternoon, and LOVED it! I have 5 ladies and 1 gentleman. I taught the basic and simple, electric slide. I am hoping after this week of rest, next Thursday, I'll have an even larger class. If you live near or around Centre, AL come join us at GSCC in Cherokee County. Bring your dancing shoes!

SPRING BREAK is here!

This past Friday, Rhett picked me up at school and we headed down to Auburn to stay with Heather and Jason, Rhett's sister and bro. in law. We celebrated Heather and Jason's birthday while we were down. Rhett's parents and granddad came down Saturday. While Rhett stayed and worked outside, Heather, Cathi(rhett & heathers mother), and I went shopping! I am pumped about all my new Spring clothing items. This means I have already completed the shopping I wanted to do over Spring Break, and now I can stay at the house and clean!

I hope this list will be completed by Thursday, that's my goal! Well I better go ahead and get started!

Fill In the Blank Friday

Whoo-hoo, it's the weekend.

1. The highlight of my week was  wearing flip-flops to school, since all this horrible weather is headed towards Alabama, it has created very warm 75-80 degree weather for us! Flip flop weather, I'm all in!!!!

 

2.   If I had to classify my interior design aesthetic it would be very neutral, mixed with a bit of rustic,but also simplicity!

3.  My first vehicle was  a 2002 white, Toyota Celica. I got the car when I was 15, it was my baby. I would probably still be driving it if it didn't fall apart on me. After my first fender bender, all my electronics went haywire. Overall, such a great car!

 

4. An item I need to have in my day in order to function is my cellular device and a Sprite. I do everything on my cell phone, check facebook, twitter, pinterest, weather...and Sprite is my "go to" drink about 130ish in the afternoon.

 

5. My favorite way to waste time is shopping online anywhere and everywhere and pinning new things and finding new ideas on Pinterest.

 

6. Right now I could really go for  a massage, after these last few days at school my body needs one.

7.  This weekend I will be BUSYYYYYY! Tonight we are staying in, due to bad weather headed our way. Keep Alabama in your prayers tonight. Saturday, my mom, sister, and I will head to Trussville to do some shopping and spending quality time with each other. Sunday, a co-worker, Anna, and I will head to Cotton Tails in Birmingham. Hopefully we will find lots of new Spring items for our classrooms and house.
