It's SUMMERTIME!

After a few months, I'm back again! Wishing and praying that I will make more time to update this blog . Life just gets by and flies by so fast that I can't grab time to slow it down. I've made a few changes since the last time I've blogged so hopefully I will now have more time.... yipppieeeeee!!!! :)

Since my BIRTHDAY month, February......my changes...

I use to coach High School Varsity cheerleading, but with my young newlywed self doing every bit of the work I choose to discontinue it. Otherwise I would be more stressed, divorced, and homeless.... I couldn't do it anymore. Sitting at basketball games 4 nights out of the week, getting home last, not cooking dinner, nor spending time with my hubs. I'm OUT! I had been praying for help because cheerleading has been my life forever and I knew this is where I was suppose to be, but God had a bigger hand in it. I stepped down to coach the middle school cheerleaders. I have two other coaches who help me that also teach with me, which is awesome! Going from ZERO help to tons was a miracle. I thank God every day for this door that opened for me. These girls that I now coach have had me in class they know what I expect and they have much more respect for me. This was a blessing and I'm so happy, my hubs is happy, which makes a happy marriage!:) Goodbye high school girls, hello middle school kiddos! :)

My precious Millie received her first hair cut for spring, which I loved!!!! I can't believe how fast she is growing. I guess that is how parents feel about their own kiddos.

My SIL, Heather, had her baby shower. Scarlett Madison is one blessed girl by the amount of things she got at this shower. How awesome does Heather look??? I'm praying I will be able to have such a great pregnancy as she did.

SPRING BREAK 2013 PCBBBBBB BABY! hahaha (sounds like I'm in college again, right) We had a blast with our friends from Birmingham, Taylor & Mary Claire.  It was my first time to try this awesome drink!!!!

How precious does my hubs look on Easter in his bow tie....??? Cuuuuteeeee, right? Do you realize how much it took me to talk this bowtie thing up? haha. But he rocked it!

My FIL & MIL at church on Easter.

My daddy, I'm obviously a daddy's girl! :)

The weekend after Easter, was another fun filled girls trip to NASHVILLE!!!!! This was my first time to experience Nashville as an adult. :) This is my new favorite place. We've already booked our next visit.

SCARLETT MADISON ST.CLAIR is here!!!!!! She was born April 19th at 4:36am. She was 7 lbs. and 14 ounces, 21 inches long. She was perfect. Heather again, had the perfect birth. She pushed for a total of 15 minutes and this was her FIRST baby!!!! She thanks Pure Barre, she declares that it helped out tremendously.

For those of you who have no clue who JAMES SPANN is he is a meteorlogist in Alabama. He is the MAN and guess what he came and visited Centre Middle School, 6th grade. Our kiddos loved it but I think the teachers enjoyed it more. haha.

My little sister turned 2-3 on May 7th! She currently lives in Mobile with her hubs, Nick. She came home a week before her birthday and we took her out to celebrate. Isn't she a beauty?

Celebrated Mother's Day with the world's GREATEST mom!!!! I'm so thankful God blessed me with a mom like her. She prays, loves, cares, for me so much! She is fun, adventures, loves to stay fit. She is all around a fabulous mom. I hope one day I will have these qualities when I become a mom. "ONEDAY"! (haha)

Before school ended, since I help sponsor the CMS Beta Club we decided to take them on a field trip to  Little River Canyon, its close by but so many students have never had the opportunity to see what beautiful scenrey we have close by. Plus, we grilled out and hiked. Of course, the kids had to take a dip in the water. Overall it was a great trip to end the school year on.

Here is a few pictures of my kiddos at the end of the year. I will miss this bunch of kids. They are awesome!

The day school got out, Rhett and I left for our anniversary trip to Charleston, South Carolina. We stopped half way in North Augusta and ate dinner and spent the night. We got up early and headed towards our destination. We had a blast experiencing Charleston. We visited, Foley Beach one day. We  relaxed and filled our bellies with delicious food. It was a perfect place to celebrate our 2 year anniversary! :)
The Mill House, our hotel! It was beautiful and very historical.

Life lately.....

Well it's been close to three months since I've blogged, life has been busy!!!!

January was filled with basketball, basketball, basketball.... Considering I am the cheerleading coach, full-time underpaid job that I do!!!! Haha our basketball team went all he way to regionals, super job ladies. But honestly I was ready for an end. While sitting at games two- four nights a week, cooking dinner for my working man, and preparing for my half marathon in February... Life has been tough!
February, BIRTHDAY month!!!! I celebrated my birthday with my precious hubs, at Harvest Moon cafe in Rome, Ga. Awesome atmosphere plus awesome moon roof bar! We left the next weekend for Disney World.... I can't believe it was time.... I had 100 emotions running through my mind during our 8 hour drive. Luckily, I did have a friend who ran it last yet to help calm me and to help me know what to expect throughout my run. We got to enjoy the parks Friday and Saturday and then BAM.... Sunday was here, 215am alarm went off... We left our hotel by 3am. Walking in to Epcot by 330am along with 25,000 other crazy princesses!!!! My corral started at 535am and we were off.... I was doing great till about mile 6 my momentum was slowing but then I saw the castle in Magic Kingdom with Cinderella, whom I adore.... Helped out alot. Mile 8... Whew I didn't eat, big mistake but I inhaled all liquids given throughout the race, which helped... I began to see Epcot again... I couldn't give up when I was half way finished... I pushed and pushed myself to keep running. Honestly "forest gump" came to mind a lot. I did enjoy my music and the beautiful weather that God blessed us with that morning. Finally, I crossed the finish line with tears in my eyes and gave Mickey and Minnie and huge hug and I received a nice Princess medal... It was the best feeling in the entire world. I finally saw Rhett and he had me beautiful roses to congratulate me. I'm now addictive to the Princess half in Disney World, hopefully I will be able to run it every year! We had a blast and created so many memories!!!! My beautiful SIL had her baby shower. Baby Scarlett received so many precious gifts I can't wait for her to be here to enjoy them!!!!
March madness.... Truly madness.... I am no longer a high school cheer coach, I have been blessed to work at the school I teach at as there middle school cheer coach. God has his plan and it works out so much better than mine. I love how he works!!!! But we've had tryouts and 14 precious girls... I'm ready for a wonderful cheer season! This transition has been really hard but I know it's only for the best. After surviving those days, I'm looking forward to Spring Break next week!!!!! Rhett and I have been enjoying our weekends together, which I love!!!! God is just so good!!!!!

Btw, my precious Millie is growing so fast, this Friday she will be getting her first hair cut!!!! Ahhhh...

I hope this didn't bore you! :)

Hope you have a great week!

I can't believe it's already 2013!

Updating.....

December was an overwhelming month, my little sister got MARRIED! I can't believe it, plus has moved down to south Alabama. Christmas with my students, family, and a wedding.... This girl was crazy! Needless to say, I loved every minute of it. My sister was an absolute beautiful bride and the wedding was amazing. Not to mention, the fabulous surprise gangnam style dance we pulled off. With delicious food and a few glasses of wine, how could it get better...right? We took the newlyweds to Atlanta that night, and taxied them to the airport that morning and off they went to Park City! Rhett and I brought the new year in, in Auburn with his sister and brother in law. By the way, my SIL is prego, with a baby girl! I can't wait to be an aunt!!!!!! So many exciting things to happen! I can't attain it... Haha!

January so far, basketball games, basketball games, basketball games! Life of a cheerleading coach, you can say! It has finally snowed in Alabama and school was called off this past Thursday, SNOW day!!!!!! Here on Centre, it wasn't exactly as much "snow" as we thought.

Upcoming events:
Valentines day, got to get planning....
My 24th birthday!!! Whoop, whoop!
Disney Princess 1/2 marathon, any advice????
Baby Scarlett's baby shower, need some ideas for baby gifts.... HELP!!!!!

I'm determined to start blogging more, my thought... If I can check my Facebook, Instagram, and twitter a million times a day I can definitely blog more.

Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

I'm back!

Whew, it's been a while since I've blogged... I apologize. I miss you all and reading your blog post.

What's been up???
School started... the end! Haha
I have the best 6th grade class anyone could be given. All 135 of them are super! I even miss them on the weekends, that's rare! Teaching a new subject, Reading, has also been tough to get in the routine of weekly test and structured lessons. Which I love, but I do miss coming up with my own plans. I try to integrate as much of my own ideas as I can.... Football season is in full swing, which means cheer practice three times a week gets the best of me plus Friday night football. Bless our players, they haven't one a game yet. I pray that we at least win one game this year.

Big news!!!!!!!
My sister is engaged and is having a wedding this December which means this girl is stressed. My sister and Nick originally had planned it for May but since he is in physical therapy school at South Alabama he will have clinicals in May so this December is the only available date. We are at it again, planning a wedding... But I love it!!!
Also, my sister-in-law is pregnant!!!!!!! We went to Auburn three weeks ago to celebrate the special and oh so exciting news! This upcoming year not only will I have a new brother-in-law, I'll also be an aunt!!! Whoop whoop I'm so excited!

This Labor Day I completed by first Color run in Birmingham which I loved! I would advise you to check the weather before hand. We ran in the pouring ran and froze our booty off! But it was so much fun and such a great memory! A friend and I have signed up for a half marathon in Disney world in February! The Princess half marathon, let me know if any of you have signed up for it too.

Rhett has started a new job, insurance salesman! He is now a part of Alfa insurance and he loves it! I know it makes him happy therefore it makes me happy! He loves that it's local and fun!

I can't believe it's already about to be October!!! This year is almost over and 2013 will be here!!! Time... please SLOW down!!!
Hope you all have a lovely week!
Here are some pictures about what's been going on in my life lately!
